This website is operated by Sky Tech Academy LLC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only

Content on this site describes our courses for general information. It is not training and does not qualify anyone to work at height. Rope access must only be performed by trained, certified technicians following a written work plan and rescue plan.

Courses and bookings

Course descriptions, requirements, and prices can change. Courses are sold to individual students. A booking is confirmed when you complete checkout or receive our written confirmation. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Certification

SPRAT certification is issued by SPRAT after a candidate passes evaluation by an independent SPRAT evaluator. Completing a SkyTech course does not guarantee certification.

Intellectual property

The SkyTech Academy name, logo, photos, and site content belong to Sky Tech Academy LLC.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sky Tech Academy LLC is not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
